Can these stair noses be placed side by side on an extra long stair?
We do not advertise this, nor do we suggest this. The reason why is because Luxury Vinyl Treads does a process on the LVP flooring that forms the LVP into a new shape with different machines, and sometimes those machines are not calibrated identically to others. The result is that some noses may vary slightly in depth, and this is apparent when connecting them with another luxury vinyl plank.
How do I know what size of stair nose I need?
Stair noses are measured by height and length.
Height: We offer 1-1/8" and 1-1/2" options. This refers to the Inside Diameter of the nose:
If your stair tread is 1-1/8" thick or less, select the 1-1/8" nose.
Otherwise, if your Tread is 1-1/2" thick or less and greater than 1-1/8", select the 1-1/2" nose.
Length: Choose the shortest length that completely covers the stair from side to side.
What Profiles do you offer?
We offer both Bullnose and Square Nose profiles.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once an order is placed we need time to recieve the material for your order. If you live within 20 miles of Orem, Utah, we will pickup the material when it is ready. Otherwise you will ship it to to us. Once we have the material we will need 2 to 3 business days to complete the order. If we picked up the material, we will then drop it off. Otherwise, we will ship it to you. Once shipped, you'll get an email notification with tracking numbers. It will then take another 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on where you are located.
Will you ship to Canada?
Yes! We currently ship to both the United States and Canada.
Will this stair nose cover my entire step?
Because these stair noses are made from the flooring planks themselves, they will only cover roughly 6 inches of your stair tread. The customer will use an additional vinyl plank to click into the stair nose to create a seamless finish to each step.
